OK, so just a week ago I went on eBay and was absent-mindedly searching through Michael McIntyre related items. Michael McIntyre is a very popular British comedian, by the way. Anyway, I saw there were some last minute tickets being sold for the Manchester part of his tour, but most of them were two tickets, or a single ticket pushing £60. When the ticket cost £35 to begin with, you could see how I'm not overly willing to pay that.

To cut a long story short; I came across one ticket, didn't really pay much attention to where the seat was, but it was flipping £20, so I instantly bid on it. And won.

The show was tonight, in a huge (for England) arena, that seats about 20,000 I think? So I went in, slightly freaked at the size of the place, and got someone to show me to my seat.

Out of 20,000 seats?

I was in the third row.

Like, literally, when Michael McIntyre came on, he was conversing with people around me, and he looked at me several times. If he had spots, I could have pointed them out. THAT'S HOW CLOSE I WAS. AND IT WAS A LAST MINUTE TICKET.

Not that interesting to anyone else, I know, but what an awesome night. He is the funniest man, everyone was pretty much dying.

I've finally started listening to my downloads of DT and CC on Absolute Radio, and...

"You're the Rosie to my Doctor."

This pleases me a bit too much. Despite the Doctor Who knowledge fail.

David went on to reply, "You're the Rosie to my Jim" which admittedly took the edge of it slightly. But only a little.

On another note, I got way more replies to my Christmas Card post than I was expecting (YAY!) and 90% of them were outside the UK. So, lots of postage costs (NAY!). HOWEVER, please keep continuing to comment if you want a card, I've never sent them to people on LJ before and it's fun. I'm not really complaining, postage isn't a problem. =D

~ Also, I'M REALLY REALLY SORRY ABOUT THIS, but I'm going to be doing a pretty huge f-list cut soon. What with living in a flat and having less than half the internet time I used to have, I just can't keep up with 120+ friends. As you've probably noticed I've been completely failing at commenting on entries recently, and I feel really guilty about it. I want to know everyone properly on my f-list, and with so many friends and not enough time, I just can't. I need my f-list to be more manageable. It sucks, I know. I'll probably be cutting it down to about 50 friends, maybe even less. D:

~ OMG ALSO. I had my viola lesson earlier, and my mum suggested I come back to her house instead of back to the flat because she had a bit of an early birthday present to show me (I turn 21 on Friday). So I came back, not expecting much... and what was it?

ONLY A FREAKING PUPPY. AOSIDHASIOHDAOSIHDASOHIDASIOHD. A PUPPY, 6/7 WEEKS OLD. I NEARLY DIED. It's a girl, and my god it's the cutest thing ever. I AM STILL DYING WITH THE CUTENESS. If my phone would transfer pics to the comp then I would post pics. But for some reason it doesn't.

ETA: We already have one dog, she's called Jessy and is 5 years old. As you might remember, we lost our other dog (the big black one, Chaz) recently, so having another dog around the place is very welcome!
